Women’s Wellness

I attended The Menstrual Coach Academy to obtain greater knowledge and understanding of women’s bodies and wellness to provide support and education to others. With my education and personal experience I am able to offer support with Menstrual Cycle Awareness, processing and navigating diagnoses such as Endometriosis, PMDD, & PMOS, chronic pain, support in self-advocacy and navigating a challenging medical system, Pregnancy related experiences such as processing your new pregnancy, trying to conceive, miscarriage, infertility, postpartum.

Additionally, I offer support and education to teens/young women through navigating menarche and additional phase of life transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.

My Wellness coaching involves a variety of talking things through and providing resources through podcasts, videos, books, supportive apps, and resources developed by myself.

Women In Business

Rather it’s starting your own private therapy practice or another business of your own, I am happy to aid in coaching and supporting your journey of establishing confidence, independence, and stepping out into the world of becoming a business owner.

Many times we face challenges of navigating complex systems, imposter syndrome, “naysayers,” our own self-doubt, and loneliness in stepping out on our own all while navigating being a women/womxn in a world where business ownership and societal norms are designed for and most accommodating to men.

While I cannot claim to know all the answers to the logistics of starting every type of business, my coaching can provide guidance of self exploration, bouncing of ideas, creative brainstorming, confidence building, assertiveness training, Networking advice and guidance, and overall exploration of self-employment is the right path for you.

  • Coaching, in general, does not require formal education, certification/exams, or license and can largely be offered by anyone and is not regulated by any over arching entity. While licensed therapists must have a Master’s level degree, pass formal examination, and are monitored by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (in the state of CA).

    Additionally, my therapy license allows me to provide services only to clients in the state of California, while my coaching services are available to individuals world wide.

  • Coaching is best for anyone looking for shorter term support or support on the specific topics of Menstrual Cycle/Women’s Wellness or Women in Business.

    If you feel that you are wanting more support with mental health challenges, substance use, or relationships then therapy services would be a better fit for your needs.

  • Coaching is not covered by insurance. Coaching is an out of pocket cost and is offered at single session rate of $165 per hour or a package of 4 sessions for $600
